Are there special instructions for making a PayPal payment or delivery of product?
 


Two things ...

FIRST .. The receipt you receive from PayPal says that the product will be shipped to the address you entered. There is NO SHIPMENT of our product to you via snail mail or other courier service. All products are delivered by your use of a web browser. The products are available in the WorkCenter of the registered student by a simple click of the mouse. The learning material, examinations, video material, and educational certificates are available WHEN the task tiles that represent them are colored green (open).

Delivery of the coursework is hinted at by a small red-bordered image in Module ZERO that gives a quick tutorial on HOW the WorkCenter works. If you need more information, then click the image to know more.

SECOND ... Because the online driving school does not handle the financial information to perform a credit/debit card transaction, we often send you off to a well-known payment merchant known as PayPal.

The payment operation is pretty normal for electronic payment operations. If you have a PayPal account, you login to the PayPal system and execute the payment as you probably have done many times before. If not, there is a way to enter your credit/debit card informatiom (as a selection from the PayPal login page) needed to allow an electronic transaction to be processed successfully.

Once the transaction is complete, PayPal will RETURN YOU to MERCHANT.

Sometimes, not 100% of the time, between the RETURN to MERCHANT and the arrival back to the driving school website, PayPal will pop-up another panel that gives you a selection to CONTINUE or CANCEL.

The CONTINUE button selection allows our website mechanism to KNOW that you have made a transaction with PayPal. Once clicked, it returns you to the Thank You page.

The CANCEL button selection, tells PayPal that YOU CHOOSE NOT TO INFORM us that you have made a PayPal transaction. Because the choice is to NOT INFORM us, you are sent back to the shopping cart.

Think of this like a robo-assisted automatic grocery store. You put your groceries on the conveyor belt. Everything is rung up.. then YOU are sent to the next door facility to handle the money securely. You go and pay. And they give you a receipt. But, they also say.. do you want to send transaction information back to the store. Continue or Cancel ?.

If Continue is selected, they send the confirmation information back as it should be and you end up at the place on the other side of the conveyor belt with your product all sacked up and ready to go.

If Cancel is selected, then they return you to the checkout line awaiting payment as you didn't say it was OK to send the transaction details back ahead of time. Sooo.. you bought it.. but the system didn't automatically find out without further contacting customer support to claim the product manually.
